A body/mind/spirit that feels good

requires many kinds of attention. Having a physical practice that is mindful and gentle is of great benefit! I am here to help you develop a greater understanding of your own unique body. In order to do this I will provide specially tailored yoga classes which will help you to achieve your goals. You may want to develop more strength, increase your range of motion, decrease your stress or increase your energy. Luckily a good yoga class can provide all of these things but I can always emphasize one aspect more than the other depending on your goals.
